PATRON PROTOCOLS - updated 11-26-21
- Entering FCCO: Patrons enter the FCCO only via the ADA door, down the ramp from the back parking lot.
- All ages must be vaccinated against COVID-19: Guests ages 12+ must be 14 days past their final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Guests 5 - 11 must be 7 days past their final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Unvaccinated guests, including children 4 and under, are not admitted to in-person performances and instead are directed to the streaming show when it becomes available on the Winter Solstice, December 21, 2021.
- Proof of Full Vaccination: All patrons must show proof of vaccination to enter the venue. (Hardcopy vaccination card, photo of the card, or a digital record are accepted.) Guests 18 and older are also required to show a photo ID. California is offering this site to digitize your vaccination card.
- Masks: ALL patrons are required to wear masks, well-fitting to cover the nose and mouth at all times they are indoors. Box Office will have a limited supply of masks on hand for patrons who forget a mask or if their mask is deemed insufficient by CSP. Patrons who refuse to wear a mask are asked to leave.
- Bring Your Tickets: Be prepared to show your tickets downloaded on your phone or print them before arriving.
- Seating: Tickets are valid for specific seating sections, not specific seats. You may select and reserve your specific seat after clearing COVID-19 safety protocols upon arrival and entering the venue. Doors open one hour before curtain.
- Concessions: No eating or drinking is allowed indoors, except for water in closable containers.
- Pets & Animals: Pets and animals are prohibited unless ADA/CDA compliant service animals.
- Playbill: We encourage you to download the playbill to reference before and after the show or at intermission. This helps reduce shared objects and saves paper!
- Backstage Visits: Regardless of vaccination status, patrons (including family or friends) are not allowed backstage.
- Potential Removal:Patrons found not to be wearing a mask once inside the theater are asked to wear their mask properly; if they refuse, they are asked to leave.
- Transfer Policy: If asked to leave, purchased tickets will be transferred to the on-demand streaming show when it becomes available.
